It was most likely taken from the HK Telephone Building in north-westerly direction.

Text on Flickr: Roadworks (a frequent occurrence while we were there) at the end of Nathan Road, Kowloon. The road to the left at the T-junction is Salisbury Road, leading to Chatham Road.

New Lucky House

This is New Lucky House at the northeast corner of Nathan and Jordan Road (15 Jordan Road). It's a low budget hostel and has some housing flats, too. According to Centadata it opened 04/1964.
