It's the corner of a building somewhere along Queen's Road Central. It's cropped from a larger photo of the area taken in the 1930s. It's a distinctive pattern, so I wondered if anyone recognises it?
I'm still working on the full photo, and will post it up in the next couple of days.
A very similar view to the postcard below, and they even share the same mis-spelling, 'Carnaroon'. I'm still not sure which section of Carnarvon Road this was.
