The view is south, a bit tricky for orientation and identification. 

Texaco Oil Depot already gone, the CRC Oil Depot on Nga Ying Chau is still there, only the island has been merged with Tsing Yi.

The building circled in red is the Block M of Kowloon Hospital. The Signal station is located at the NW of this building, a white structure (zoom view), at the upper edge of the aerial photo.
