The Lo Yuk-Tong family house, at 17-19 Kennedy Road, was first built in 1919, and demolished near 1970. It is one of the sites that was redeveloped to build current day Hopewell Centre.
The pictures show the front entrance on Kennedy Road. After walking in, you will find yourself at a small pagoda. Name from the 1933 map. There are four terraced houses on this site with a large garden to the east. The 1901 map shows that another block of four terraced houses were planned to be built on the gardens but these do not seems to have ever been completed.
