It looks like there's a big construction project underway in the background. I don't recognise where though.

Section of what looks like a mains water pipe bridging the valley in the background. Water from China or Jubilee Reservoir ? Photo perhaps taken from TWSK ?

That pipe is the best landmark for the photo - I can't see any other notable features. At the right end of the pipe it appears to run up the hillside towards the road at the top of the hill.
