Happy Valley

The weather was sunny, it was in the middle of the day and yet the race track was completely quiet and empty. I entered it and spent the next ten minutes walking on the track where the horses gallop full circle. That, one-half century ago, was the first and only time I experienced Happy Valley in some personal way, to collect a moment of memory to cherish for a lifetime. A few days later, I left HK for Canada.
