Does anyone know when the Monument was moved to the Colonial Cemetery?

The comments at http://gwulo.com/node/3886 say the 1960s, but I don't think we've got a more accurate date than that at the moment.

According to the Happy Valley Racing Memories' website as shown here, the monuments were re-erected in the Hong Kong Cemetery by February 1969.
