One last contribution to this site-a photo of the infamous book itself-a first edition paperback, from 1958. I see on Amazon that this book has been reissued with this rather attractive cover, but this is one I picked up in a used book store at college when I got back from HK in 1972. Being only 19, I had not even been aware of the book before my trip.
