Hi there,
The description of this photo confounds me. From Kadoorie Avenue looking toward Nairn House at this angle means the photographer must be facing southeast. It is difficult to imagine anybody shooting a sunset at this angle. Judging from the amount of household lights, I will hazard a guess that it is a particularly bright full moon rising from the horizon.
I guess the title of the photo is right in a way - the sun is setting, but on the other side.
