Probably Royal Army Temperance Association, they look like a pretty sober bunch. RGA is Royal Garrison Artillery, photo probably taken at Lyemun I would guess.

Perhaps the Royal Army Temperance Association of the Royal Garrison Artillery. These Associations were quite popular in the Army. That said, they seem fairly well sober!
