From the look of the photo, it is somewhere in Sheung Wan. My initial impression was Wing Lok Street. Searched the Carl Smith archives for the only clear signboard showing On Fat & Co. and Wing Kut Street (off Des Voeux Road Central, near Wing On) for the address of the Company circa 1917 turned up.
