The empty lot on the Praya on the left is where the former Central Fire Station would be built and behind it, is Central Market (2nd generation) with the arches and its slightly visible circular window above. 

The sunken vessel is the Indo-China Steam Navigation Company's steamer 'Loongsang' which sank off the Osaka Shosen Kaisha Wharf with heavy loss of life.
