It is a shop selling herbal tea .

Hi there, It would seem there are other things besides herbal tea there. There were various brands of cigarettes on the left, unrecognizable snacks in the glass jars, some other goods in covered dishes, and some other unrecognizable pre-packaged stuffs in front of everything. I believe shop keepers need a license to sell cigarettes and alcoholic drinks but don't know when did it start. Thanks & Best Regards, T
