From the Patrick Van de Linde Collection - Lt.Col. E.D.G. Hooper visiting Gen Li Fuk-lam at Meixian 1945. Gen Li sought the support of the British to arm and raise an army. He represented Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek in E. Gangdong. He was the owner of Hong Lok Yuan in Taipo, Hong Kong.
