Also from the area Chatham/Cameron Road. Maybe from Park Hotel, too. For me it looks again like a combination of old houses due for demolition and squatter huts.
I don't remember any circumstances when taking the photo, but I'm quite sure that I didn't recognize then the man at the tank.
