Wing Fook Medicine Co.
I did a web search of the Chinese name of Wing Fook Medicine Co. "榮福大藥行" and find that one with the same name operates today in Quarry Bay, on 993 King's Road. If this is the same shop, then it is on the tram route also, but a couple of suburbs to the east. If your two other photos are also shot together with this one, then maybe they are all taken in Quarry Bay also.

Update
I walked past this place a couple of days ago and find that the pharmacy is still there, but does not have the same name anymore. On Google Map, their street view from a few years back have shades covering all the signboards, so it is impossible to check the name of the pharmacy. In the street view image below, the pharmacy is the one in the middle with three people in front walking past. This shop has probably seen better days.
On street view the windows above the pharmacy seem to be of the same size and shape as your photo. In 1981 they were the windows of a kindergarten, you can just about make out the children's cuttings on the street view image too.
