1910s Aberdeen Dragon Boat Races
China Mail 2 June 1903
Perhaps not recorded previously. The earliest information I could find of the dragon boat races being held at Aberdeen was from 1903. The course extended from One Tree Island (Magazine Island) to the stone pier at Aberdeen Police Station, a distance of 2 miles. The Governor was in attendance.
