I have posted this photo, depicting a street scene with a barbershop, before. This new photo has a higher resolution, so it may also provide new information.
In the photo it also showed quite a few clinics. The design of the street with the sewage right in the middle was very old. I remember Tung Man Street and Wing On Street looked similar even back in the 1970's. These two street had been demolished to make way for 'The Center' and only a very short section remains with their name sake on the DVC's side.
Thank you very much for your reply. In my notes, I found that this might be Li Yuenn Street East near Queen's Road Central. However, I am still looking for more information.
It may as well be one of the Lei Yuen Streets. But could be nice if the business signs could be verified.
The ground shown in the photo are made of granite slabs with open sewage in the mittle. Couldn't recall if we still have any of these undisturbed in town.

Re: Very likely a side street between QRC & DVC
Hi There,
In the photo it also showed quite a few clinics. The design of the street with the sewage right in the middle was very old. I remember Tung Man Street and Wing On Street looked similar even back in the 1970's. I have no idea which street it was though.
