Thinking this is Carnarvon. Road where the road swings round. The darker building on the right, I guess is the junction of Humphreys Avenue and Carnarvon. Comments are welcome.

I end up getting dizzy trying to work out buildings in that network of TST streets, but I think you're right that it's aound there.

The building at the right foreground is unusual because it is set at an angle to the road. I think it can be seen from the opposite direction in the photo below, the second building along on the left. Then the first building on the left below looks like the building to the right of the parked rickshaw above.
