A photo of a "Chinese house in the mountain area" as my grandmother M.G. Marks-Groot had written (in Dutch) on the reverse when she sent the picture to relatives in the Netherlands around 1925. She also sent them a picture of a "better Chinese house", apparently taken in the same area.
