T Bone steaks were huge and something special. They were on the menus of most of the better restaurants including Tkachenko's in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Greetings. Which part of the edge can I touch to open and close the menu? Naughty Naughty!
Brian only saved the four
Brian only saved the four cover pages. I did wonder whether there had been some inner ones showing a larger menu. On the other hand, maybe the Dairy Farm only offered beef meals on the occasion he ate there. It certainly seems rather limited compared with the very extensive menu he got from the Sailors and Soldiers home!
