Update. Dec 2019:  Thanks to Simon, who notes (see Forum topic) that this photo originally appeared in the book 'Hongkong' by writer and photographer Martin Hurlimann, published in 1962.  I checked with Ewart and he confirms this, along with the next one of the Hakka woman, isn't one of his own photographs, but was downloded off the Web.  Andrew
