I have doubts whether these squatters' huts were near the race course. If so they would probably have been on the East side of Happy Valley. Perhaps, instead, Peter might have been up behind the Out of Bounds area to the South of Wanchai (unlikely) or maybe near Tai Hang and the Tiger Balm Garden? (Andrew S)
