This could be anywhere in the New Terrritories, but it is with photographs taken in the West and I think that this mus thave been on the Castle Peak Road possibly near Yuen Long. It is not a race as behind the racing bikes there are several 'sit up and beg ones', especially the very high one at the back ridden by the man in dark clothing. It's probably a cycling club.
