Earlier I did sent a photograph (with straw huts) which looked like taken from East Point. Unfortunately there is no date attached. I searched  more on that subject and found this photo. Could that be from the same area ?

Probably yes, likely taken east of the first one. At least the steam launch with the canvas roof looks the same on both photos.
