Where did you take this photo? There is a place that would fit; it's KIL 9830 with Edward Towers on Prince Edward Road West. Google Street View possibly supports this (Prince Edward Rd W - Google Maps)

Thank you for the address. On GeoInfo Map it was then easy to locate, and the lot is confirmed as KIL 6830. The lot includes houses 4-12, Tin Kwong Road.
