Wikipedia refers about Haw Par Corporation:
The listed company made a major disinvestment in 1970, selling Hong Kong Eng Aun Tong building located in Wan Chai Road for HK$2.8 million.
Exact location is not given.
The Chinese Wikipedia shows a photo of the Eng Aun Tong building in Guangzhou, it looks pretty much the same as the one on the book.
So they either used the photo of the Guangzhou factory or there are two identical buildings (which I doubt).
