The photo has been flipped. The correct orientation is like this

According to 1957 年香港年鑑 , the address of the wine seller 復興昌 was at 22 D'Aguilar Street.

One can see the sign of the wine seller at the street corner on the right. The photo was supposedly taken from 3 lan kwai fong looking north west towards  D'Aguilar Street. Today it looks like this:
