RAF Tai Mo Shan - Project Cabbage Leaf 1958.

The new guardroom seen here nearing completion on a cloudy day. It replaced the original sandbagged, tent guardroom built by the RAF Regiment (Malaya). The guardroom was connected by a field telephone land line strung down the mountain to the telephone post by the Twisk Highway and was used to control the traffic using the old track.
