Feeding in the Field

'Food has arrived ,Sir!'.........the PTU 'mobile canteen' rolls up,the 'tent'(temp.canteen) ready etc etc......IS training for Police companies(from all over HK) took place for a whole day in the foothills of the Castle Peak Range-at the then newly-emerging Tuen Mun(really only roads there ,and an odd building or two...).These exercises-often included units of the British Garrison based in Hk.Such training took place over 1977-79.
