I'd appreciate some assistance in identifying the location of this photo. I'm not even 100% sure it is in Hong Kong. But it is a photo of my grandfather, taken during WW1, and I do know he spent some time in HK. At first I wondered if it was the TST clock tower, but there is no clock in the tower in the photo. Or perhaps Tamar? Any suggestions most welcome!

That doesn't look like anywhere in Hong Kong that I recognise. Can anyone else identify the location?
