The only clue is that the current Postbox No. 19 is located at the junction of Mong Kok Road and Sai Yeung Choi Street South. That said, the George V cipher as shown here is unique to Hong Kong.

Just above the truck's yellow roof there are four chinese characters visible (they're clearer to see on the Flickr version). Does anyone recognise which building they belonged to?

I think the characters are 'To Fa Tai Tung' - perhaps just an advert for what was Amoy Canning and now the Amoy Food Company.

The cake shop/bakery on the corner is selling 'guaranteed pure' lotus paste moon cakes for the mid-autumn festival.

This is a juction of Nathan Road and Monkok road looking north. The truck was coming out from Monkok road and turing left to Nathan road.
