The white painted cliff face is Tung Lung Island with Lyemun Gap and Tai Mo Shan in the distance

After reading Moddsey's comment I updated the location for this photo. The white cliff face shows quite clearly on the satellite image below. (If you double-click on the image to zoom in, it's even plainer to see).
