This is a "still" taken from an 8mm film made in 1948 - perhaps the entry to some gardens?

It doesn't look like the Botanical Gardens, but I might be wrong.

I just walked pass it earlier today.  Looks like the Gatway to the Boulder Lodge at Tsing Bik Street, Tuen Mun.
