Agreed. A search in Google finds several entries that show Studebaker was carried by the garage on Stubbs Road.
Earlier entries from the 1930s refer to the Hongkong Hotel Garage, but one in 1956 just calls it the Hongkong Garage. I'm not sure if there was any change in ownership, or just the name. The 1956 entry gives the address as "1, Stubbs Road".
