Burial location?
I wonder where she would have been buried? As a property owner (as Kot Choy) of some means from 1887 until her death in 1937, and the fact that she merited an item in the SCMP on her passing, and further, that $1300 was spent on her funeral expenses, one would think she might have been given a proper burial and a marker someplace. I don't see anything listed at Happy Valley, where other Hunter relatives were laid to rest, so possibly she was Eurasian and was interred elsewhere...Chiu Yuen maybe?
Found her at St Michael's Cemetery
Just to keep the thread going; I did find the record of her burial at Saint Michael's Catholic Cemetery in Hong. It is on-line at www.familysearch.org. I posted the photo of the page but it's at a different place on Gwulo so for the moment I will repost it here along with the link. The next step is to find her parents!!
