Barker Villa certainly needs new wall painting. I'm not sure if this house will remain for long time.
Behind Barker Villa is 37, Barker Road. On the left corner (with the crane) is (new) Falconridge, still under construction since 2012.

I walk that trail daily and
I walk that trail daily and had some friends living there. They moved out about 12 months ago but their unit, and several others, remains vacant. I do wonder if they are going to tear it down and put up something bigger.
