Bought from vendor. Presumably the victory parade that went along all of Queens Road post surrender.

The background seems to look like Victoria to me?

Does not look like Central. Given the large buidlings, perhaps somewhere else. Shanghai?

I didnt think of that. I guess the buildings are too large really for HK. Shanghai, or perhaps Singapore as well.
