#4 Tak Shing Street, left-side building in compound of 3 buildings.

A glimpse of some period building details. Elsewhere on this site, it is noted that the building was built in 1929, and it also looks like there may have been a Chinese pavilion outside the right-side building.

Han Liang Huang (黃漢樑) pictured with three of his children: #1 May, #6 Stephen and #3 Paul. He had been a banker (mainly Shanghai, but also Hong Kong and the Philippines) and very briefly Minister of Finance (January 1932, government of Sun Fo). They lived here from approximately 1949 to 1953.
