On the right-hand side (I think its Prince's Building) a sign says CALDBECKMACGREGO(R). This was a Wine, Spirit and Beer Merchant from London who opened the Hong Kong branch in 1889. In 1908 the offices were at 15 Queen's Road (Source: Twentieth Century Impressions of Hongkong, Shanghai, and other Treaty Ports of China), they could have moved to Prince's Building later or had another branch here.
