Any idea who the young person is in the photo? The view is so similar to the patio of my friends flat on the complex they lived there for a long time moving out when the rest development started.

Yes, it is my brother, Steven Halliwell, in the picture.  He was born in 1953 so he was probably about 2/3 at the time.  The address was 14 King's Park and was the second block.

Thank you, my friend Alison and her family lived in the first block in the same position. Their father worked at Ki Tak airport in flight control.
