On the left end of the slope starting at Tiger Balm Pagoda, there is Grandview Mansion as well as the houses labelled "Mystery Building below Tai Hang Road".

Hong Kong Electric Company's staff quarters, Causeway Hill on the very left side.

The open area is the site of Ventris Court, completed in 1963, so the photo might show excavation work getting ready for that building.
