Star Ferry.

One of the unconverted Star Ferries that looks to be still burning coal.  In the background a large cargo liner(?) is moored alongside what I think is the pier closest to the Star Ferry pier at Tim Sha Tsui.  I cannot make out what the large structure is behind the liner - the dark side might(?) be the ships funnel but what is the other, lighter coloured bit?  Is the whole thing a gas holder or an oil storage tank?
