I think the title is incorrect. It should read Lyeemoon Villas.

The original title mentioned at an auction site: "Photograph of Lyemun from Kingsclere". I had not thought about it but you are right, it should be referring to Lyeemoon Villas. There are other photos of TST from 1924 which are nice to view.
