The house (on the right) my dad built on Clearwater Bay Rd circa 1950 (no electricity, no telephone, on well water - location approximately 9 1/2 miles on southwest side of CWB Rd where the current Pine Villas was built when our family sold and moved in 1971 to the city. The houses across CWB Road were just being built followed by the Caltex Station in the 1960's which still exists today. The bay in the background would be Ah Kung Wan with Shelter Island and Tiu Chung Chau also shown farther away. The portion of CWB Rd shown on the right continues on to Silverstrand Beach and Tai O Mun.
