NE corner of Waterloo Road / Prince Edward Road junction

this has a vague air of Kowloon Tong Garden Estate about it, but I don't recognise the style of house (they look to be 3 storeys).
Possible match to Grampian Road houses posted by Klaus, but I'm not so sure now. Does anyone recognise it?

I'm not sure about the exact location either, but agree it looks a bit like Kowloon Tong (or the fringes of it). There's a photo in this SCMP article with buildings that look a bit similar (https://amp.scmp.com/lifestyle/travel-leisure/article/2171675/kowloon-to... ) (sorry for the lengthy link)

thanks guys, I had a sneaking suspicion moddsey would recognise it. I can't seem to get that link to work Liz, I'm not sure if it's my ineptitude or the fact that SCMP is now behind a paywall.

My first guess was Grampian Road, so it's good to have the correct location identified.
