annelisec, what is the story behind 10 Garden Terrace?  Do you know who originally it?  In '77, it should already have been in Chinese ownership.

My friend's family moved into Garden Terrace when the apartments were new.  His apartment cost a fortune back then, $5 million if I recall correctly.
