The footbridge was designed by local Architects Palmer & Turner and erected by Gammon Construction in 48hours, 76ft span, 13 ft high and wide. Total cost including consultant fees and construction HK$400k. The footbridge remains to this day and has undergone many interior renovations since it was first installed.
