Signs of changes at the Dairy Farm, cowsheds, paddock, and silo on the farm with the vast blocks of Wa Fu public housing estate built on what was previously farm land. A total of 18 public housing residential blocks would be erected from 1967 to 1978 followed by new Hongkong Land township of Chi Fu Fa Yuen between 1978 and 1981.
