Pan Am commenced operations to Hong Kong with a "flying boat" service in the 1930s. In 1970, the first B747 in Pan Am livery arrived in Hong Kong.

La Taverna - On Hing Terrace

Address: 1-2 On Hing Terrace, Central. Closed down. However, the restaurant on Ashley Road, TST is still in operation. Oldest Italian restaurant in Hong Kong since 1969 as noted here
